Suzanna Powell gave her first oral presentation at the annual SLEEP conference. Congrats, Suzanna!

Her talk focused on longitudinal data that suggest certain sleep patterns prior to an adverse life event, including more rapid eye movement sleep, less slow wave sleep, and a longer sleep onset latency, predict more stress and poorer emotional reactions to stimuli related to that adverse event 6-9 months later.
